I saw them at the Videomaker East Expo in Jersey. It is an opportunity, but you can by the stuff for far less, get the right software, 1 DVX, and do it yourself.
They are asking about $80,000.00 and up. You can get what you need really for under $10,000 max.
I am doing it. It is mainly about making connections in your area. I do transfers, editing for other videographers who are behind, plus the stuff I do on my own. Even photographers I know call me up where there clients have had friend video the wedding and they want it on DVD. I do demos for catering places, DJs, and cake decorators for free that they can show to there clients, they give us referrals after people see the demo.
Get a business phone line with a free listing in the Yellow pages (you can even get free long distance now with a business line) and people will call.
You can pick up enough advice on this forum for free and apply it to your business. You do not need to give those people that much money.'Weinberg's Law' "If builders built buildings the way programmers wrote programs, then the first woodpecker that came along would destroy civilization."
