I just read a horrid account of Hot Buy Electronics (www.hotbuyselectronics.com) that I thought I would pass onto all of you. I am thinking a lot of these NY stores use similar tactics, though I certainly hope they are not as bad.

This guy bought about $5000 worth of stuff and found out it was all gray market. He tried to return it and you would not believe some of the stuff the company tried to do! So if you have a moment, take a look at the following link:
