Hi Jose,
I am having trouble finding information about the DV version of the steadycam. Do you know of a link for info, specifically about weight restrictions? I want to make sure my 10 hour battery and shotgun mic are within limits.

Why are you asking for less than half of what you paid for it? What's the condition and how much was it used?

FWIW... The DV Steadicam was considered to be problematic and was discontinued. Although smaller in size, the Steadicam JR feels much more sturdy. However, neither are/were designed for a camera as heavy as the DVX.
Practice safe filmmaking; use a concept.
