All of the sudden I have been getting some strange Error messages when I am trying to burn a DVD. This happens during the Multiplexing/Burn Process. It ejects my DVD without burning anything onto it.

I exported another file of the same project from FCP and proceeded to create another DVD. Still got the Error message.

I then dragged the iDVD Preference file to the trash and attempted to create yet another DVD and STILL got the error message.

What do I need to do to troubleshoot this further? Where could the error be coming from?

This morning a tried to burn the DVD again and it still did not burn BUT it gave me an explanation. It said it has to do with the POWER CALIBRATION AREA that is causing the error., (0x73, 0x03) whatever that means.

So is there anything that I can do to solve this issue? I am guessing there is something wrong with my superdrive.
