Director of Photography/Cinematographer needed

Director of Photography/Cinematographer needed for "ARIA'S WISH", a 24p MiniDV
episodic series broadcasting regionally throughout San Diego County. Experience
with fast-paced cinematography, outdoor lighting, and Panasonic 24p a major big
plus.

We're looking to work with somebody who not only loves what they do, but also has
complete respect for their position on set. We need a DP that will listen to the
director and producer, and have COMPLETE faith in their decisions regarding
storytelling. Although this is our first production with a DP, we have
unfortunately been on too many other sets that involved a DP circumventing the
director's vision. It is very important to the producer of this production that
this does not ever come close to happening on our show. Ever.

That said - we assure you, this is a really fun, magical production that celebrates
the beauty of life... and the beauty of people. Lots of opportunity to visit
oodles of genres of cinema - from documentaries to musicals to even
action/adventure. It will be a unique experience that hopefully will become
something amazing.

Although this is a very low budget production, we WILL be paying the right woman/man
- $300 per day, $1000 per week.

This will be shot on location in San Diego over the course of the next six months.
No need for relocating if you live in Los Angeles. We will work around your
schedule of availability since this is not a full-time gig (yet).
