I shot 24p advanced, did the 2:3:3:2 removal captured, move the project to DVDsp2 and everuthing is great so far but back to my DVCAM NTSC tape I'm not getting smooth frame playback.
the final project has to be broadcast on TV.

I'm scratching my head with this
any comments?
