HAs anyone here used any "film look" filters on their DVX100...and how did they work out...also, has anyone used any cine lenses and how did that turn out?

What film look filters? The DVX is designed to be a film look camera, what more do you need?
The best I can think of if a diffusion filters like a SoftFX to take a little digital edge off, but you can just as easily reduce the sharpening on the scene file.
