Hi there guys,
Have any of you had the battery holder teeth on your camera break off? During a shoot, someone (not me) pulled a battery out without sliding the pack completely and took a few of the grooves with it.
The camera is still under warranty and I was wondering how long something like that might take to fix or replace?

Yes, it's a known problem with cameras made before June '06 -- if you have a serial number that starts with F6 or later, the battery compartment has a new design to help prevent the tabs from breaking off.
Panasonic will fix the problem under warranty even if you are past the one-year warranty period.
