    Firestore FS100 and 24PN problem

Hi guys. I have two questions:

1- As I know Firestore FS 100 doesn't record 24PN frames, just does 24PA. If it's true what are you suggest (or another hardware).

2- While we are use Firestore, are P2 slots must be loaded with P2 cards or can be empty

    Thanks..

    v. 3 of the Firestore software/firmware permits you to set your cam to 24p, and the Firestore will record to 24pn by stripping out the redundant frames on the fly.

    The slots can be empty

Will it capture slo-mo (24p 60fps, which is a great feature of this camera) or do we have to still shoot to P2 cards??? I want to buy one, but I use overcrank a lot! Thanks for the info...

Supposedly Version 4 does variable frame rates, but I have never used it for that purpose.

Yes it will, and it seems to work fine. (I only tested it once.) You do need version 4 firmware, but it should come pre-loaded if you're only buying now.
