Most of us adicts check the "new posts" section quite regularily. Besides, people who are interested in screenwriting will check out the new screenwriting threads. Those who aren't wont have anything to contribute anyways.

Eactly as McLeish said: The forum is categorized for ease of reading. Posting in multiple places (AKA: cross-posting) makes the forum difficult to read and increses clutter - or as we like to call it "noise".
