It appears the sensor drops sampling resolution past 60 fps. Full resolution 240 is marketing spin, just like Canon saying the 5D3 is a full 1920x1080p HD camera (really 1620x910 at best) ;)

Since the word exact is coming up, keep in mind the Speed Booster creates a 1.09 crop vs full frame.
