nvm i copied the shot so it was the same on video 1 and video 2
then made video 2 black and white and key framed it to start at 0% and end at 100%
then key framed video 1 to start at 100% and end...

I stretched it out a little with no luck but switching to draft quality instead of high worked.

I shot some footage on the Panasonic AG-DVX100b. It looks great when hooked up to the tv. The file I saved it as on the comp looks great. But in Premiere it looks streaky, like there are lines...
I am importing .avi files, editing them, then exporting to dvd. Do I need to render the footage before I export? It has to encode it anyway, so I am just wondering if it is necessary?
