The top model doesn't look like she's lit all around. Seems like there's just a back light on her right and a diffused key light on her front right at a few feet above.

Looking at it again. It is light from the window that is blown out. I still can't tell if it's the lens or a digital effect that is doing that though.

It's possible that it's a lense flare but I also think they added it digitally. I've seen some great digital lense flare work on another video. I think it's good high power lighting with good post...

He's also using some sort of diffuser in post. It looks a lot like the magic bullet looks presets.
