I'm curious about the 75mm adapter. When I've tried to put a Sachtler FSB head on a 536 w/ the 75-100mm adapter screwed into the top of the 536, the pin for the Sachtler didn't reach down far enough...

One problem with zooms is physics. If you want a large sensor & a long zoom lens, you're going to have a huge lens, there is no way around it. So cameras bodies might get smaller, but lenses can't.

Time to hit the NAB 2018 button.

I think the HMC151 is probably the PAL version. I don't think it was a "World Camera" that could switch between NTSC / PAL (which many cameras do now).
