You need permission for filming in New York parks, and you might even need a permit depending on what the parks requirements are. Filming on the street in New York is easier than shooting in a park....

At least submit it to one and get it on IMDB. If you spent that much time and effort getting it done might as well get your IMDB credit for it.

Black Swan was pretty bleak and that had me talking for weeks. Plenty of bleak films make a mark, this one just completely missed the bullseye for me.
