    Are there any issues with adapting a holder that fits a 82mm lens, to a 55mm?

    The 82mm is a 24-70 zoom and the 55mm is a 70-210 zoom.

    whew ... gone are the easy days. In the past I've always bought round filters. 55mm lens? Easy, 55mm filter.

    But ... I want to, I think, go to square or rectangular filters; especially ND or GND....
