is there less rolling shutter with the hv40 than the hv20/30?

i was gonna get a hmc150 or 40
but the 5d even at 30p looks like a movie, gorgeous s*%t

i didn't notice because the structure was so compelling
but if an indie filmmaker is using an hv20 or d90, and there's jello in every other shot, there's a big problem
unless the film is about...
