The Blackmagic is a steal for the money. I recently used it on a live streaming shoot to convert the hdmi on a hmc 150 to sdi. Very handy.

I don't have a list but I can tell you that I've done timecode jam sync with the hmc 150 and the 160 cameras, so I would think the 130 would work as well. They sync thru the composite video port.

Redundant recording to 2 sdhc cards-priceless.

The editor I work with has matched the AF100 and gh2 to intercut very nicely. I believe he uses Boris and it doesn't take him very long either.

The safe thing to do is quit using the cards, and attempt to return them to Lexar. Don't play with fire.
