Victor, thank you. It must have been a fluke. I went back and redid the roto-scope and it came out fine. :)

I added my background to a comp. Used the roto-brush. Recorded each frame. Adjusted the mask as I advanced each frame.

When I scrub the comp it looks fine. When I render it, the glitch occurs.
