Photoshop can work, but for video After Effects is much better. You can actually do motion tracking and combine it with the clone/stamp tool so as the object you want to cover in the frame moves...

Windows 7 wouldn't format exfat for me untiil I installed the extra utility. I had no EXFAT option avaialable under format disk.

What version is your Windows?

P.S. SSD from hyperdeck is pain in arse on PC platform since the native format for the SSD becomes MAC based. In order to use on PC you will need a program like "MacDrive" to read and erase them....
