i recorded my audio in dolby digital on my ac160 do i have to purchase surcode dolby digital in premiere pro cs5.5 when exxporting to dvd to maintain the dolby digital audio stream?

what shutter speed should i use for either setting?

should i slow down footage in post or use variable frame rate on the fly?
