Good points. I can see the need for the A7sIII to get a decent firmware update which includes matching ability with the X line as well as more video-centric tools like shutter angle and waveform.

My RX10 has a remote start and stop & zoom via the USB port. Is that an option on the A7sIII/Fx3?

It is not like these types cameras have not been around for a long time. And the current generation is killing it on AF. Get with the program! :)
