F5 and F55/F65 have different CFA, the colour space is definitely different. This was backed up by Alister Chapman, a Sony ICE (Independently Certified Expert)

Also due to different Colour Filter Array on F5, I doubt SGamut3/SGamut3.Cine on F5 are the same as F55/F65
I know that the 4K World Cup which was shot on F55/F65, used EBU matrix and HG3 for most of the matches.

Were you using Custom Mode or Cine EI with 3200ISO? If you were in Cine EI, changing ISO does not reduce dynamic range, it's always 14 stops. The only thing that changes is the distribution of stops...

Alexa LogC for example, if you want white to clip at 109%IRE you have to use EI1600 or above, at EI800 or lower white clips well below 109%.
Since EI mode shifts the middle grey point, you will notice the clipping point go up and down as you increase and decrease from EI2000.
for example at EI500, white clips at about 85% IRE.
Unless you have time and skill for intensive color grading, you will not get good colour (especially skintone) from Sony cameras. Also FS7 is heavier than C300.
yes FS700/FS7/F5/F55 are all Fron-side Illuminated, because the pixel pitch is relatively large and BSI would not bring much benefits.
F65 uses BSI as far as I know, the pixel pitch is 4 microns...
