thanks to every one for there advice

so i tried reinstalling the whole program and now i have a new problem. it starts loading and then it crashes!!!

the CODECS error is right when i open the program then it tries to install them but it fails every time.
and i will reinstall quick time

full version
but it gives me this message
additional codecs must be installed
then i click ok
and it says it fails and to restart but when i restart it does it again

i will reinstall

and no i just got it today
where can i find the update??
