I have a potential client that wants to hire me as a freelance camera op. Lately I have solely been shooting with a Panasonic GH2 (sometimes hacked, sometimes stock) which produces mts/AVCHD files. The potential client wants me to send a sample clip to make sure her local editor can work with it. She only wants a 10 second clip from one of my previous projects but all of the clips I have are super long.

Aside from breaking out all of my lighting and audio gear and shooting a new 10 second test clip, how can I export a short version of my existing work for them to sample in a format as close as possible to the native mts file?

I am using the Adobe CS5.5 Master Collection.

Thanks for any help.
