This GY-HD110 has served me without fail for a number of years now and has been my favorite camera to work with of all. Selling only because my work has moved from ENG/documentary to more cine-look DSLR shots (admittedly, as much as I love shallow DOF, I've been terribly spoiled by the ease that one can control the HD110's settings and audio).

Body and original Fujinon lens are in excellent condition, and the CA13U was bought as a new, refurbished piece (and has been used two or three times for tests, at most). The HD110's only weakness is an intermittent video signal to the eyepiece/viewfinder - the ribbon cable inside is probably on the way out or pulling out of its plug. I rarely use the eyepiece, so it never mattered much to me in the first place. The ProHD case is the larger model designed for the later GY-HM series, and has LOADS of extra room for the accessories included - and it is in excellent shape. The LOMO lens is a 16mm lens originally with a Kinor-16 mount; it has a new Arri PL-mount adapter on it. Unfortunately, it is a bit dirty both inside and out, and will need to be cleaned.

I could go on and on about everything, but let me summarize it with a complete list of the goodies included:



  • JVC GY-HD110 w/original Fujinon Th16x5.5BRMU lens
  • Anton-Bauer HD110 Gold Mount battery adapter plate w/PowerTap

Canon nFD 85mm f/1.8 S.S.C. - $155

Great, solid, and fast lens. Some wear on the barrel, though nothing that affects functionality. I see no signs of fungus or oil on the aperture blades.

Not the fastest or sharpest lens out there, but fun nonetheless. Macro is a nice touch.

It is a focus through anamorphic lens for crop sensor cameras with the sought after 1.5x squeeze factor.
There is no focus ring, so you just focus with your taking lens.
I don't have pictures currently but it is the same type of lens as in this listing http://www.ebay.ie/itm/200906477445?...#ht_500wt_1156, so you get an idea of its aspect.

The lens is sold with a rear redstan clamp with 52mm thread to mount on your taking lens, a front redstan filter clamp to mount 72mm filters on your lens and two +0.5 diopters with 72mm thread to make your lens focus closer than its minimum focus distance (which is around 3.5-4meters). Diopters also sharpen up nicely the image. Of course all these accessories (hardly ever used) are useful for other anamorphic lenses too.

The Red Pro Zoom 17-50 is in fantastic condition all around. I had the hood updated and comes with the front cap. I even have the original retail box. I'm not sure if RED is still doing the change of ownership on EOL lenses but I will go thru the process with the new owner. This decision wasn't an easy one for me. I like the lens a lot but the camera I now own wont work with PL lenses anymore. Like I said it makes no sense to keep it if it isn't getting used. I probably used it once in the last 12 months.

Asking $5500. This is firm. The lens isn't available anymore and I know it's sought after. I live in San Diego so local pick up is fine. Buyer pays shipping and transaction fees. Sorry CONUS only.
