Dvcpro Hd Fcp Help!!!

I just finished a project I shot on 1080i DVCPROHD via my HVX. The project is finished and I need to convert the finished project to SD for DVD burning. I want the exported clip to be 4:3 letterboxed, but every time I downconvert the finished video it come out fullscreen. I have tried to export as stantard DV and DV anamorphic, but nothing works. It must be someting easy I am overlooking. Thanks in advance for any info.

are you using dvd studio pro?

if so th eprocess is super easy and gives AWESOME results...

Drop the 1080i sequence into a 4:3 sequence and render.

Then export that and use Compressor.
