Shooting in Non Progessive

Hi there,
I am getting my HVX200 today in about 4 hours and wanted to know if it has a functionality to shoot non progressive scan.

I need to know this before because I am selling a sony hd camera that has both non progessive and progressive and have gotten a good gig where they want me to shoot non progressive.

Any help would be appreciated

Yes it does interlaced 1080/60i as well as progressive (1080/24p, 1080/30p, and 720p).
