480i 24p: Used to shooting PA. What should I be doing?

I know how to get the footage down to perfects in FCP when I've shot 24pA...

Ended up with 24p this weekend from the P2 Card.

So it's 480i/24p. How do I rid myself of evil interlaced lines and make sure I'm editing with proper footage?

In Vegas or EDIUS, just drag it into a 24p project. In FCP you probably have to run Cinema Tools on it.
