FCP Soundtrack Pro

I'm doing a commercial to be run on a small local station and was wondering if the music in soundtrack pro is copyright free? Can I use it in the commercail or should I buy some new stuff?...and if its not, does anyone know a place to buy some non-copyright music thats good, but cheep? :thumbup:
