So I just received the software, installed the cd, go to type in the serial number and it doesn't allow me to proceed (the done option fades) any ideas why/ info to make it work?

my only guess would be to make sure that the SN is input exctly how it is on the box. Other wise I dunno! Now this IS a LEGIT Serial right? cause that would obviously not work

You haven't mistaken a 0 for a O or vice versa?
