Hello, I'm new in the world of camcorder , i bought hvx200 just for hobby,and i noticed the when i flip or shake the cam i hear that something is loose inside hood len but when power on the sound disappear . Is this normal ? Also where the download section for custome preset ?

yes, that is a normal function.

When the camera is not powered up, the OIS system isn't there to counteract the movement of the lens assembly in its gimbal -- when the assembly hits the stops, you hear a clunk.

There is no download section for custom presets.
