Has anyone bought one of these? there a re a few all from India, or Australia. the pictures look just like the ca vision, or vocas ones on 16x9 But the proce is just too good. I would just like to know if anyone has bought one and if its for real or just junk?

Thanks

Yeah I bought one, it arrived very quickly from india (8 days to the UK), It is pretty good for the price although the metal work on the french flag is very cheap pot metal. On the whole I am pretty happy with it, I use it with my M2 adapter, and nikon lens.

Thats just what i wanted to hear, i understand its cheap and thus cant be perfect, But for only $300usd, its quite a deal. I was just nervous it was a scam or something, you never know with ebay stuff out of country.
thanks I will order one up.

That's not a Cavision product. One item you should look at is whether their camera riser can be offset to compensate for lens centering horizontally. It looks like it is height adjustable, but I don't see an offset option.

Yeah I think its more of the vocas type, but its hard to make out form the pictures.
Thats why i wanted to know if anyone bought one of these, to hear if it was good or not, or just for real.

Cinevate's mattebox is the Indian mattebox. Looks like a slightly different mount, but the box is one and the same. And also this one (http://www.imagewest.tv/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=55).
