need ideas for new computer to run AE

hi, everyone....
I decided to build me a new computer to run adoble suite, especially After Effect...I need ideas to make this this computer a kick-ass, top notch....please give me some Ideas on what i should have .......such as ..

processer
memory
graphic card
hard drive
and other future that will make it easier for an editor to work with

There is a good thread in the cafe about several guys building their own boxes - and quite powerful boxes. If you are up to it, I think the computer Kholi specced out will do you good for a long time to come. I still run AE on a p4 with 2 gigs of RAM, and it ain't bad, so this one should scream.

I just built two identical machines to get ready for an HD workflow. After Effects is going to be exciting.

Each computer has:
2 Quad Xeons
4 GB FB-DDR2
4 TB HD
1 3ware 9650Se 8 port (RAID controller)
1 Nvidia Quadro FX5600
1 Matrox Axio Le

This setup will cost you a little over 15k per computer.
