If "the resolution is very important to you" then i suggest neither of those cams, get an xh-a1...

I Hope to take the xh a1 but this is out of my budget

can xh a1 shot with 24f ? coz i see just 25 f and 50 f sory for my bad english

The PAL XHA1 doesn't include 24F, it's 25F and 50i. But IINM you can pay to get an upgrade which would add NTSC and 24F and 30F to the PAL XHA1.

so i will remove the XHA1 from my mind
what shoud I take now ... DVX100 OR FX1 ?

if resolution is important than buy a digital SLR and make stop motion movies....
you dont really give ues enough info to make this decision for you.

If you want to make movies. Get the DVX. 24p
If you want to make docs/nature films etc, I would go with the FX-1.

The price you listed isn't accurate either. DVX price is $2650 and FX1 is $3000. Unless you're looking for the PAL version and price is different there.
