help! dropped frame, how to fix?

hi...

we are using the firestore to record 1080i 25p data, and in some clips, there are dropped frames, to be exact, it's always one frame, very jittery image with strange color pixels and sound goes up and makes a malsound...

is there a possibility to fix that? somehow delete that frame and interpolate between the other two or something like that? if possible in final cujt pro...

I had that happen before and got ahold of focus and panasonic and we figured out that I had a bad firewire cable going to my firestore that was causing the dropouts. You should also be aware that if you jiggle the firewire cable at all it can also cause that problem. TO my knowledge there is no fix to this problem when it happens other than just cutting the section out or cutting the audio down in the editor.
