I'm a former DVX user. Just bought the HVX200. Typically, I shoot live performance shows. The bright stage/spot lights behind band members would look beautiful and starry when shooting with the DVX. BUT, the HVX makes the spotlights and stage lighting look like a perfectly round ghost giving a 360 halo around the artist. You literally see the shape of the lens. Doesn't look great. Wondered why that was (I'm assuming the updated lens) and if there is some way to get the look of the DVX when shooting with bright lights behind the artists - or at the very least, avoid the lens ghosting through. Any suggestions?
