what is the better and maximum contrast ratio that i can use
when lighting a scene for my hvx200 camera(preserving maximum detail)??
color correction in post

4:1 is good for video. it keeps the highlights and shadows full of detail. then you can keep the exposure in the higher range of the curve and bring it back down in post. this way you can help keep the darker parts of the image nice and clean.
