Shot a little backyard test with this combo yesterday. (I know, kids again...groan) The results were pretty good in HD.

Nikkor 85mm 1.4
SGPro Rev 2
XL-H1 20x lens
HDV (SDI later)

Shot intentionally flat, I was going for a bit of an overexposed, but saturated look in CC--kinda bleach bypass but with more color.

Grabs--

Cam Setup (analog cable to the Marshall was a bit too heavy from the connector so I hung it on the rails. So much stuff on the camera--very heavy):

Thanks tatsuo--I'll have some narrative footage from this combo in a few weeks time too. Should be interesting.:)

Where's your XLH1 gone? Oh, wait, I see it. :Drogar-Evil(DBG):

Excellent pimping.

That looks liek your focus on the GG was off. It should be like 2x as sharp. But the colorometry is nice in the origional grab. not too crazy bout the CC version. too punchy.

Actually, the grab was the problem. Focus was so shallow and I didn't take enough time to post the proper shots that are 100% in focus where it was intended. My bad, but in general I'm pretty sure I got the focus correct on the gg, just didn't post the ideal grab. I'll try to put something better up later on. Busy shootin' this SpyFest short.
