Does anyone know if there is an improvement in the dynamic range, perhaps even resolution or something else, if you choose to use one of the in-camera effects namely shooting B&W?
I thought I remember another such video camera hearing there is an impovement in the dynamic range when shooting B&W as opposed to changing it to B&W in post. I think the thread was discussing whether to shoot B&W in camera or change it to B&W in post. Then again I could have dreamt this or something, unfortunately I really don't remember where I had this conversation.
