Ok ... this is intereting.
I uploaded a photo. I guess ...
I chose to "add comment". It came back with "too big". I redid a bit lower res. It's around 8 or 9 hundred K now, under the apparent 1.05M limit. So, I'm typing in my comment ..... in the middle of typing, it uploads.
I'm new to this upload thing. I see that it is now on the board ... but where? How do I make it be in this forum? I was going to make a thread to post it???
Stop laughing and give a decent answer! :)

ummm ... set aside my apparent ignorance and answer me this ....
Was that an answer I could derive something from?
I have a cold. My head is stuffy .... be patient with me.

If I click on "Member Upload Center", the image is there. All I'm trying to do is figure out how to put it in a thread.

I think I have this figured out. If this works, then it's like so many things I have a hassle with ..... it was easy all along. If not, perhaps I'll stick with text.
Try this:

It works. I knew it had to be easier than I was making it. Just one of those quirky things about me I guess ...
I took the pic in June 2006 in Rocky Mountain National Park. I've never used a digital camera before that trip. To see if I would like one, I bought a Sony H2 before going. I love the digital format. I am saving for a A100 now so that I can use all my Maxxum 7000 glass and accessories.
I'll move up to something better later, but I can't wait to play with RAW images in the Photoshop CS3 I just got two days ago.
In this photo, I adjusted the shadow areas a bit and increased saturation about 5%.

MrG, thanks for the link to ImageShack. I think I figured out that you were saying to upload there and just supply a link here? If so, thank you. I have not heard of that site before. It looks like something to use.
