It was only being shown at the RED booth at NAB. There are plans to make it available on the RED website after some music clearances.

VIDEO ?!

You mean the video of the movie. I acutally want to say of the film, but well than we'll get in a debate over the use of the word film. It ain't video, it ain't film either, but it is a short film. Anyhow, there was an issue with music rights, but apparently they've been resolved and a downsized version shuld be available on red.com shortly. I'd be surprised if they manage to do that before the end of NAB, but maybe. Won't do it justice though, I want to see it in 4K, hopefully at IBC.

Cheers,
Damien

The 4 k footage at the booth was jaw-dropping. I kept nudging my buddy throughout the presentation.

Can any high end theater projectors even handle 4k? I guess its future proof for a while then as a mastering standard.

Oh yes, here in Cork Ireland we have a theatre that already uses a 4k projector. They presented "Dirty Dancing" digitally remastered in 4k a few weeks ago :)

What a waste of resolution.
