Hi all,
Unfortunately I was not able to attend NAB 2007 this year (... or last year), but, I'm curious as to if there were any new products announced or to be announced at NAB this year by Canon. Anything interesting at the Canon booth worth noting?
I'm aware that Canon doesn't have a history of announcing new video products at NAB, but, there always room for a first.
I'm not sure how accurate this report is, but, according to this poster (http://www.dvxuser.com/V6/showthread.php?t=88996), he got word from a Canon rep that there would be an addition to the Canon XL series sometime this month [April]. Canon XL-H1s? XL-H2? I'm going to be in the market for a new camcorder soon, so NAB 2007 is playing a huge factor in deciding what to make my next investment in as far as camcorders go.
