It should be available in Singapore around the same time as US. I have had stuff on order before and got it the same day as it was available in US - my Extreme N is most recent example.
You gotta remember most of this stuff is sitting in the apple warehouse in Singapore or China already (Apple has an HQ in Sing.)
Don't worry vocare - you wil not wait longer than the rest....:-)

For the upgrade I'm sure it'll be available via download.

Yeah - I think it is too big for a download. With previous upgrades (at least the last couple), they shipped it in a box on DVDs.

For the upgrade I'm sure it'll be available via download.
I'm certain it won't.
First of all, the upgrade runs $499.00 and involves well over 60 gigabytes of data.
Second, Apple has never provided full dot upgrades via download

Bummer, I've bought things like Shake and Photoshop via download, though Apple would at least have the upgrade-only version available.
