Stills getting squeezed

I'm exporting from Premiere, and they're squeezed. Nothing new there.

I import them into a Widescreen 1.2 DV Template with guides and stretch the image until the aspect ratio looks correct.

Well, it's trying to squeeze the image again when I save or save for web...

Open the image. Create new document, 864X480, make sure the pixel aspect ratio is set to square. Copy from the image rendered from Premiere, paste into the new document.
