Hi,
We are going to be shooting on the sony HVR Z1.
HDV to normal mini dv tape.
Once weve done this. How do we get the original raw HDV footage out of the camera. I think that would be a .M2T file right ??. The studios im taking to are all saying they can only give me a HDV avi or something like that. Whats the original raw uncompressed way of taking the footage out of the tape ? Any help would be nice. I will be working in VEGAS 7 for the editing.
