Hey everyone, just landed myself an HP Pavilion desktop. Now that I can actually process my HD footage, I am looking for a good HD monitor...Found this one on Newegg, what do you think?

I was thinking of going with a dell, but they seem to be a little out of my price range.

...Right. Well, I guess I should say that if I mentioned getting a Dell monitor, and THAT was too expensive, than I probably cant afford that glorious Panasonic. What do you think about the link I supplied?

What's your budget? If you have 1K to spend, get a 1K monitor.
I think the Samsung one will not make it for over 1 year, it's extremely cheap. It's resolution is at 1680 so you will not be able to see bigger HD sizes.

Do you have a link for the 22"?
And Steve, i'd say my budget is right around $200-$400. If you think you could help me find a more durable monitor in that price range than what I found, i'd really appreciate it. Thanks.
Found this, pretty similar to the other one...

Zak, have you had any issues with image burning on the plasma? I love the price on plasma but thought the image burn was going to be a real issue.

zak, is there no dvi on those pana plasmas? and what's the max res on macs? i was thinking about the pioneer 42'' equivalent to the one you linked. it has dvi and a 'simulated' 1440x900 (it compresses the image or something like that, though it's native res is the same). what are your thoughts on that pana?
also, does it have any other inputs? like component or anything? it didnt say anything on that link, so i'm guessing not... anyways, thanks for the info.
