hi, i was looking the mothiongrapher site and i found whit these awesomes reel, but how do they up those reels on the site, i try to upload a reel, but the guy who is making my web says to me: just 1 Mb or something like that for animation .
i just dont understand, how can i do this, whic compression do i have to use ???:dankk2:

None of the reels on motionographer are 1Mb. Most of them are between 10 and 30Mb. They're motion designers, they don't want to compromise their work. QT H.264 is a common codec choice for large reels (2-3minutes). I think you need to have a discussion with your web guy about the 1MB limit.

yes its too heavy, so, QT H.264 is a codec?? where i can find it, or it comes whit Ae7 ??? i ask becouse im new on this subjetc and i could saw reels ( 3 minutes awesome quality ) who only takes a few minutes to see entirely, thanks.

If you have QT 7 installed on your computer you should have the H.264 codec. Set up your render que to Quicktime and click on the format options to find the codec.

ok this are the settings:
Settings: Q7 H.264
320 - 240 size
medium quality
32 kbps sound
18 Mb size its not to much for a reel???

whats the datarate of the video? - 32kbps for the audio is pretty low
