Mixing DVCPROHD NTSC and HDV PAL

Shot major part of a doc w/ the HVX200 in 720/24pn mode (NTSC). Have an emergency scene to shoot that we can't get to and local crew can only get JVC GY-HD251E, HDV- PAL. I suggested they shoot 720/24P if they can. I've not shot HDV and mixed it w/ NTSC DVCPRO HD before.

Anyone have experience with this, suggestions? Post transfer/conversion help also?
