If an order is listed as processing, does that mean it's already been verified and is just waiting to ship?

what did B&H say when you asked them?

It means that they are filling your order, litereally taking product off the shelves and putting it into the boxes. It will change to "shipped" and get a trackign number next as the boxes are shipped. After that it's up the shipper and B&H won't change their status anymore.
- Mikko ... is tracking a B&H order in another window.

Powerdog:
In your case it means we've received your order and on 3/18 handed it off to UPS. By now you should have received email from us with your UPS package number. It's en route. Enjoy.

Henry, thanks but, as of Monday at 12:30, no email and no change in status from "Processing" on the track order page.

Check your email. A message from me includes your UPS package tracking #s and proof from UPS's web site that they're in transit.

B&H use a decent system for letting one know what's going on, i.e. email confirmation of order & email confirmation of shipped items.
However, it is not without flaws (what is?), and sometimes their shipment-confirmation-email arrived AFTER the items ordered.
I recall receiving one shipment advice email a few WEEKS after the item showed up.
All-in-all, they have a good system, a GREAT website, good prices, and Henry (who makes up for the sometimes slightly "difficult" customer support)! :)
